Customer Service & Phone Sales Specialist (Portuguese Market) — Remote / Office

Company: Wewo Media (Poland), contract via our Polish office

Location: Fully remote (Portugal), with the option to move to an office later, onboarding is remote

Languages: Native Portuguese (European Portuguese / PT‑PT) + very good English

Employment type: Full‑time contract of mandate / B2B through the Polish office (final setup subject to legal & tax confirmation)

About the role

Wewo Media, a Polish company specializing with online advertising and sales, is expanding its Portuguese‑market team. We are looking for customer service and phone sales specialists to handle conversations with Portuguese‑speaking customers and prospects. Depending on the project, you will work with warm leads and cold leads.

What you will do

  • Handle outbound calls in native European Portuguese
  • Provide services and information and product guidance to Portuguese‑speaking customers
  • Run phone sales or client acquisition conversations: qualify, present, and close opportunities
  • Work with warm leads (inbound / pre‑qualified) and cold leads (outbound prospecting), depending on the assigned project
  • Document activity accurately in our CRM
  • Communicate internally in English (with the team and managers in Poland)
  • Direct approach to the customer
  • Presentation of the company's services.
  • Teamwork with daily monitoring.
  • Always in a good mood, motivated, and focused on the goal.

Requirements

  • Native Portuguese (PT‑PT), required
  • Very good English (spoken and written), required - this is the working language with the Polish team and future English version projects
  • At least 2 years of experience in a call centre / contact centre - as preferred
  • Experience with customer service and/or telephone sales (telemarketing, telesales, inside sales)
  • Comfort working both inbound service and outbound sales
  • Your own equipment (computer, headset, stable setup), required
  • Fast, reliable internet connection, required
  • Quiet, professional home workspace or any other you choose (before we open office)
  • Self‑discipline and reliability in a remote setup
