✅ As a Customer Support you will:
- Support of all customers’ requests in Italian by phone, chat and social media
- Support viewers with account and application issues, especially regarding software functionality and configurations
- Serve as the first point of contact for viewers and act as a vital brand ambassador
- Deliver accurate and real-time responses to viewers' inquiries.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
- Base salary: 1166€ gross x 14 months (or 1000€ gross x 14 months) - you can choose your payment schedule!
- up to 100€ gross performance bonus/month
- Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day (approx. €167,86/month) via meal card

- You live in Portugal (close area of Lisbon)
