ABOUT US:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather and analyse reporting requirements and business needs across different departments
• Develop dashboards, reports and data visualisations (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Model data and ensure efficient data organisation (e.g., star schema, data marts)
• Develop and maintain data integration processes (ETL/ELT)
• Ensure data quality and consistency by identifying and correcting anomalies
• Monitor and analyse KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, internal and external systems)
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to enhance data-driven decision-making
• Document data models, processes and developed reports
• Support data governance initiatives and best practices in information management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
• Previous experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or similar roles
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
• Experience in data processing, transformation and analysis
• Knowledge of data modelling
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days a week at the Lisbon office).
