ROLE:

Guarantee that all products meet defined quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements
Carry out quality inspections on incoming raw materials, production batches, and finished products to ensure food safety and quality compliance
Prepare and update quality control records and documentation throughout the production process
Verify adherence to legal requirements, company procedures, and the document management system
Inspect and monitor suppliers of materials and products to ensure quality compliance
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, IFS Food, and other relevant standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Food Industry, Chemistry, Quality, Science, or Laboratory Techniques (or equivalent)
Between 1 and 2 years of experience in the food sector
Practical knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and IFS Food standards
Proactive, responsible, quality-focused, and highly attentive to detail
