ROLE:
Ensure that products comply with established quality standards and regulatory requirements;
Perform quality control checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure adherence to specified safety and food quality standards; Maintain quality records and documentation for raw materials, in-process production, and finished products;
Confirm adherence to regulatory standards and company policies, including the document control system;
Evaluate and monitor suppliers of materials and/or products;
Support certification readiness processes for ISO 9001, ISO 22000, IFS Food, among other standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Higher education in Food Industry/Chemistry, Quality, Science, or Laboratory Methods;
1 to 2 years of experience in the food industry;
Training/Experience in HACCP, ISO 22000, IFS Food standards;
Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible individual with a strong attention to detail.
