We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst to support software delivery through task execution, automation testing, and documentation.

This early-career role is ideal for professionals eager to learn and grow. With guidance from senior team members, you’ll contribute to requirements gathering and analysis, support system integration, and build hands-on experience with automation tools in a collaborative environment.

In this role you’ll

• Analyze customer systems and service needs to identify integration actions for Amadeus products and services.
• Develop and manage integration schedules, coordinating with internal teams and documenting necessary adaptations.
• Write functional specifications for customizations and verify alignment with customer requirements.
• Conduct relevant tests to ensure customized solutions meet expectations before delivery.
• Collaborate with sales and customer teams, contributing to project activities and resolving functional issues during implementation.

About the ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in software testing and implementation
• Familiarity with customer systems and service environments.
• Ability to write and review functional specifications.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
