The Proxy Analyst ensures accurate and timely processing of proxy voting, shareholder communications, and corporate actions.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all Corporate Actions & Income setups and instructions are processed while meeting standards established by the Bank and the team’s procedures.

• Support risk monitoring and data quality checks

• Manage queries and client service requests in the dedicated tools

• Degree in Finance, Economics, IT, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; VBA or Python is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial markets and risk concepts.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a commitment to delivering quality results.
