Reporting directly to Senior Strategic Project Managers and C-Level leadership, the Junior Strategic Project Manager will contribute to the planning, coordination, implementation, and completion of high-priority strategic projects. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and, where appropriate, external stakeholders and consultants.

ROLE:

Collaborate with department managers and executive leadership to ensure alignment with the company's strategic priorities;
Develop data-based insights to support strategic planning and business initiatives;
Analyze and resolve complex business challenges across different functional areas;
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent academic record in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline;
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex strategic problems;
Leadership skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to work independently;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing several projects at the same time.
