What You'll Be Doing
As Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of our Portugal business while partnering closely with senior leadership to support growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and scaling operational teams across multiple functions.
- Driving operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Working closely with Sales to achieve revenue growth objectives.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and SLA performance.
- Managing cross-functional teams including Technical, Customer Service, Scheduling and Operations.
- Identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions.
- Recruiting, developing and coaching high-performing teams.
- Building a culture of ownership, collaboration and execution.
- Monitoring KPIs and implementing data-driven improvements.
