About the project:

You will be supporting Dutch-speaking customers of Bol.com - a diverse online marketplace that caters to a wide array of products, providing a convenient platform for shoppers seeking variety and ease in their online experiences.

Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients in the Dutch-speaking market, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions;
• Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;
• Provide information about digital products;
• Rerouting of issues to other departments.

You only need:

• Fluency in Dutch language (must be at least C2) and communicative level of English language (at least B2) are required.
• EU citizenship or full working rights.

Your rewards:

• Salary without accommodation: 1434 euros gross / month
• Salary with accommodation (discounted accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon) : 1100 euros gross / month
• Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer

• Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
