The role
As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping Zühlke’s industry-specific positioning through compelling content creation and targeted campaigns. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to co-create high-quality, customer-focused materials that highlight our expertise and drive engagement across multiple channels. You will be responsible for developing and co-creating content for industry-specific positioning topics.
In this context, you will collaborate closely with the Market Unit Business Partner to develop and execute a content plan, derive and create different content formats and spin-offs, measure and report on the impact of content against agreed goals, and use insights to inform future plans and activities.

How you’ll make an impact
  • Customer-Centric Content Creation: Develop and co-create high-quality, industry-specific content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, sales support materials (e.g., presentations), and industry publications, ensuring alignment with Zühlke’s positioning goals.
  • SEO Optimization: Apply SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and enhance visibility, driving organic traffic to key platforms.
  • Collaborative Development: Partner with internal experts and stakeholders to gather insights and craft materials that resonate with our target audiences.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute content marketing campaigns, measuring performance and using data-driven insights to refine future strategies.
  • Strategic Contribution: Manage content marketing projects that align with Zühlke’s broader strategic initiatives, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
  • Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze the performance of content marketing campaigns and use insights to inform future campaigns.

What’s important to us
  • Content Expertise: Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong ability to create accurate, engaging content tailored to diverse audiences and channels.
  • SEO Knowledge: Proven expertise in optimizing content for search engines to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with content management systems, email marketing tools, and social media platforms, combined with data analysis skills to inform strategy.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering successful collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.
  • B2B Marketing Experience: Experience in professional services or IT services, ideally within multi-matrixed organizations, and familiarity with financial services is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English. German is a plus but not a must.
