What will you Contribute?

As a Power BI Developer, you will work closely with the Global Sales Operations Leader and the wider Sales Operations & Commercial Finance team to design and develop BI reports and provide insights to improve decision-making. The role requires wide knowledge of business intelligence, data integration, data warehousing, modeling, database management, and technical aspects of BI tools.

The successful candidate will be a key player in major projects with multiple departments and stakeholders, playing an integral role in our systems transformation program. The ideal candidate must be a self-motivated individual who is goal and detail-oriented, analytical, and has a team-centric personality. The ideal candidate will also thrive in an ambiguous environment, being flexible, dynamic, and driven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop.
• Connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business Intelligence.
• Applying analytical thinking to translate data into informative reports and visuals.
• Implementing row-level security on data along with an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI.
• Creating DAX queries in Power BI desktop.
• Using advanced-level calculations on datasets.
• Responsible for design methodology and project documentation.
• Developing tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with data warehouse standards.
• Exhibiting strong communication skills to discuss requirements effectively with internal teams.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Mandatory experience with Power BI and SQL (experience with other BI tools and systems such as Salesforce Einstein is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in data-specific roles.
• Knowledge of Microsoft BI Stack.
• Strong grasp of data analytics.
• Software development skills.
• Comfortable dealing with large & complex datasets, performing to a high level of accuracy.
