Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the finance team in the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Transaction Processing: Assist with recording and reconciling financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, expenses, and bank reconciliations.
• Token and Cryptocurrency Tracking: Support the management of token-based transactions, track cryptocurrency holdings, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Invoicing & Payments: Process invoices, assist with payments to vendors, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure financial compliance by maintaining accurate records, organizing documents, and supporting audits as required.
• Data Analysis: Provide financial data analysis to support business decisions, including profitability analysis, cost management, and financial performance metrics.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in various finance-related projects and provide support to the senior finance team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrencies, tokenomics, or interest in learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech is a plus.
• Familiarity with Web 3 technologies and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting tools.
