As a Technical Support and User Enablement Representative, you will have the unique opportunity to play a key role in providing top-notch assistance to our customers - troubleshooting technical issues, and empowering them to maximize the use of their high-tech products.

Our client is at the forefront of the market when it comes to the future of technology. In this role, you act as the user enabler. Your mission will include solving problems, but it doesn’t stop here:

• Ensure the user the most out of their tech product while using the finest cutting edge technology tools to assist you in your daily work;
• Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the technology products to diagnose and resolve complex problems;
• Advocate for our customers' needs and provide outstanding service.

What are we looking for:

• Availability on November 11th.
• Native or fluent in Danish;
• Intermediate knowledge of English (B2+) written and spoken;
• Previous experience in customer support within the market;
• Understanding of mobile operating systems (Android & IOs) & common software;
• Analytical mindset to diagnose & troubleshoot technical issues;
• Active listener and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers;
• Resourcefulness to find creative solutions and workarounds.
