Your Mission:

• Provide top-notch mobile technical support to our after-sales customers in the Italian market;
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality assistance and solutions;
• Inform and educate customers about our products and services, highlighting their unique benefits.

What We're Looking For:

• Completion of at least the 12th year of schooling or equivalent;
• Experience in a customer relationship role (preferred);
• Fluency in Italian (native level or near-native C2);
• Strong computer skills and digital literacy;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively;
• A genuine team player with a collaborative spirit.

What We Offer:

• Base Salary: 1,024€ per month
• Meal Allowance: 7,23€ per day
• Performance Bonus: Up to 250€ per month
• Schedules: Monday to Saturday, with 8-hour rotating shifts between 8 AM and 7 PM
• Days Off: Every Sunday + one additional rotating day
• Work from Home: Enjoy the flexibility of remote work
