About the Role: We are seeking a talented and passionate Business Development Manager to join our client's team at and expand client's business in the European Market. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in driving business growth within the European Market.
Responsibilities
- Research, pursue, and develop new business relationships
- Negotiating campaign terms and marketing budgets
- Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through networking, cold calling, and other methods
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Creating long terms partnerships and upselling budgets and business opportunities
Experience: 1-2 years in business development, sales, or a related field, with experience in the European Markett.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Skills:
Strong analytical and market research skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Attributes:
Self-motivated and results-driven
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
