We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

  • Start Date: Early July

Are you a people-oriented professional with a passion for coaching and development? Do you speak German fluently and want to take the next step in your career in sunny Portugal? We’re looking for a dynamic Trainer & Quality Analyst to support ongoing customer service operations for a global insurance client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designs and delivers training programs, assesses development needs, and selects appropriate materials for onboarding and upskilling staff.
  • Monitors agent performance through audits, call/email/chat evaluations, and post-training follow-ups to ensure service quality.
  • Collaborates with supervisors, team leads, and clients to align on training effectiveness, performance gaps, and process improvements.
  • Develops and executes monthly monitoring plans, reports findings, and contributes to Monthly Quality Reports.
  • Participates in calibration sessions and provides feedback to ensure consistent evaluation standards and continuous improvement in training content.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (C1-C2) and good command of English (B2+)
  • Previous experience in training, coaching, or quality assurance in a customer service or contact center environment
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
  • Experienced in problem-solving, decision-making, and influencing behavior in diverse team environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and project management
  • Knowledge of internal policies, procedures, scripting, and call assessment with a logical, objective approach
  • Minimum 12 months of call center experience (ideally as a Product Specialist or Mentor)
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal

What We Offer:

  • Base salary: €1,050 per month
  • Language bonus: €200 per month
  • Meal allowance: €7.13 per working day (paid via card)
  • Performance bonus: Up to €120/month (after the first 3 months)
  • Permanency bonus: €300 every 3 months
  • Relocation support (assistance with travel and housing)
  • Signing bonus: €1,500
  • Full initial training and continuous development opportunities
  • Work in a modern office in Lisbon with a friendly, international team
