Your Main Activities Are

• Accompany the sponsor as a trusted advisor to understand and solve any challenges, stakes and objectives, managing and developing a solid working relationship
• Develop network and intimacy with clients and stakeholders, building upon credibility and reliability, while promoting for Partners for Projects (P4P) and enhancing the brand’s image
• Take full ownership and leadership to structure and manage complex projects or assigned streams while ensuring the highest quality work and delivering breakthrough results
• Lead clients’ meetings and workshops and prepare decision-making material for senior executives within Global Banking ecosystem to be discussed during operational and steering committees
• Contribute to generate a positive, collaborative and motivating spirit within the team, and develop game-changing ideas

Profile and Skills to Success

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any related field
• At least 7 years of experience in Project Management and Consulting or Banking and Financial Operations
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma Methodologies
• Ability to deliver with decision making approach and results driven mindset
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities by considering the impact on the business
