In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation by understanding business user needs, identifying areas for automation, and developing innovative solutions to meet those needs. As a key player in our organization, you will collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to design and implement automated archiving solutions in SAP systems, lead project teams, and communicate project progress to stakeholders.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Understand the b usiness user's needs , meet their expectations and communicate the implementation process
• Collaborate with i nternal and cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and develop solutions to meet business needs
• Understand business process flow , create an automated archiving solution design in SAP systems
• Work closely with developers on change requests until implementation and do own smaller ABAP Cloud / Low code development yourself
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams , including setting goals, priorities, and deadlines
• Communicate project progress , issues , and changes to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and customers
  

Your Profile
In order to establish a successful relationship with your customers, you listen actively and consider their points of view, thoughts and ideas. At the same time, you know how to balance your customers’ requirements with technical possibilities – and can show them the added value of our available solutions. Moreover, you collaborate beyond borders and appreciate the contribution of others.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A Degree in Information Technology , Computer Science , Business Informatics or in a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in internal IT Department or in consulting
• Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management ( ECM ) and SAP
• Agile and project management skills
• A fast learner and flexible discussion partner , team player with good negotiation skills
• Experience in working for an i nternational industrial company is preferred – ideally with regards to data and d ocument retention and its l egal requirements
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English skills
