A company shaping the Future of Work through DaaS is seeking a driven, ambitious, and experienced Sales Assistant to join their expanding team. This innovative company enables international small and medium-sized enterprises to select, create, implement, and manage their local teams in Croatia. With headquarters in Croatia and a global client base, they specialize in providing critical data and insights that drive business decisions, predominantly in the FMCG, retail, and financial services sectors.

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Outbound and Executive Sales teams, ensuring smooth operations and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Outbound and Executive Sales, managing communication and scheduling;
• Assist sales and marketing in outreach and implementing strategies;
• Prepare and edit sales documents, proposals, and presentations; serve as client contact when needed;
• Organize sales events, meetings, and travel;
• Update lead management system, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up;
• Build strong client relationships with excellent customer service;
• Collect and analyze sales data, preparing regular performance reports.

Requirements

• English С1+ is mandatory, additional languages are an advantage;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supportive role, preferably within sales or client service;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn) is preferred;
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
