We are looking for a friendly Onboarding Support Agent to join our client's team and help newly registered buyers confidently navigate their online auction platform.

Our client operates a B2B marketplace for car dealers, connecting vendors who provide used vehicles with buyers across Europe. As part of their Onboarding Support Team, you’ll be the first point of contact for new buyers, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance. Fluency in both French and English is essential to assist our diverse clientele effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding Training Sessions – Conduct training for newly french registered buyers, helping them understand the platform and key sales conditions.
• Buyer Discovery Sessions – Engage with buyers to assess their needs, preferences, and purchasing potential, recording key details in Salesforce (SF).
• Onboarding Follow-Up Coordination – Proactively follow up with buyers to ensure they feel confident and prepared to start purchasing.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer relations is mandatory.
• Experience with Salesforce (SF) is a plus.
• Basic car knowledge/interest is a plus.
• Fluent in French (C1) and English (C1).
