Your responsabilities:

• Respond to inquiries from Dutch-Speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Leverage your knowledge of automotive and digital products to resolve issues effectively.
• Keep accurate records in the CRM system and work collaboratively to enhance the customer experience.
• Share current information about products and services to assist customers accurately.

Our expectations:

• You speak Dutch in proficiency
• You speak English min B2
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team

Main duties:

• Possible start on 20.02
• FULLY Remote work all over the Portugal (except islands)
• Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
• We provide work equipment & send to your home
• Private Health insurance with a dental plan
• Work schedule: Monday-Sunday: 07:00-19:00 (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, 5 days/week) - 2 rotating days off
• Training is provided at the beginning of the work

Competetive Salary and bonuses:

• Base salary: €1100gross x 14 months
• Monthly performance bonus: Up to €80gross
• Meal allowance: €7.23 NET/day (approximately €145 NET/month loaded onto a voucher card)
