As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our Cloud Craze e-commerce platform, Pardot Marketing Automation, CRM, and ensuring the platform’s general administrative health. You will work remotely and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize the platform's performance and provide technical support to end-users.

Role and ResponsibilitiesRole and Responsibilities

  • Manage the Cloud Craze e-commerce platform, Pardot, and CRM
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, and validation rules
  • Oversee the security model of the platform
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and business processes
  • Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot any issues
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize the platform's performance
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and Cloud Craze trends and technologies
  • Train and onboard new users to the platform
  • Participate in project planning and execution
  • Maintain general administrative health of the platform – preparing for new releases, managing backups, investigating new tools to reduce costs and simplify processes
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent Salesforce certifications
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience working with Cloud Craze e-commerce platform is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration and customization
  • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Fluent in English
