The impact of the role:

The Sales Operations Specialist will be a critical team member of our Client Engagement Team responsible for driving sales process efficiency and implementation of best practices, ensuring seamless collaboration within our teams.

On a given day, a Sales Operation Specialist will:

  • Collaborate closely with the client partner team to continuously enhance and refine our sales process for maximum efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain effective pricing models to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Manage the administrative processes related to purchase orders and work orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Assist the client partner team with RFP (Request for Proposal) responses and proposal development.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and generate reports to track sales performance and identify trends.
  • Manage our client database and facilitate effective sales pipeline management.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure seamless integration between sales operations and financial processes.


In order to be successful in this role you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role
  • Proven experience with sales process optimization and improvement
  • Strong understanding of pricing models and quoting strategies
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in English is a must, as we are a multinational company.
  • Active contribution as a team player to collaborative efforts.
