Location: Sintra, Portugal
About Us: We are a dynamic sales company based in Sintra, specializing in innovative solutions for the professional cleaning industry. We are seeking a proactive and creative Junior Field Marketing Support professional to join our team on a part-time or freelance basis.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
  • Marketing Plan Execution: Implement the marketing plan for Portugal, including campaigns, product launches, events, and digital tools.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee campaigns across all platforms for both indirect and direct channels, including brand, segment, and product campaigns, third-party partnerships, account-based marketing, print media, and digital content.
  • Content Creation: Develop local content such as customer case studies and articles to ensure global activities resonate with the local audience while capturing local trends to drive demand and meet marketing KPIs.
  • Localization and Validation: Localize and validate translations of marketing materials received from Global Marketing for the Portuguese market.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and participate in direct channel exhibitions, ensuring objectives and goals are met from start to finish.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the ordering, coordination, and distribution of local marketing inventory, including brochures, POS materials, and merchandise.
  • Performance Tracking: Foster a results-oriented culture by tracking and monitoring KPIs and supporting the communication of marketing performance to Portugal's commercial functions.
Desired Competencies:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a generalist marketer.
  • Experience in a B2B environment within a global organization.
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as CMS, CRM, Marketing Automation, and PowerBi.
  • Fluency in English and native Portuguese.
