As a Customer Change Communication Specialist, you will be undertaking responsibilities of preparing, validating, and communicating Product Discontinuation for our customers worldwide. You will be a vital part of the growing Marketing Business Processes Management team.

In your new role, you will:

• Review of outgoing Product Discontinuation document s in compliance with the business process and JEDEC standard
• Process Product Discontinuation customer communication documents , and distribute the documents to the customers
• Maintain Product Discontinuation communication documentation in the respective repositories, including the archive
• Manage Product Discontinuation data interface with Product Master Data, SAP , and Infineon Website
• Collaborate with IT and Tool Owners for resolving issues and improvements in the tools
• Participate in User Acceptance testing of multiple tools
• Collaborate with the Quality organization to maintain the customer communication distribution lists
• Own and maintain process documentation and training
• Participate in the process improvement projects
Support all other global Marketing processes

You are a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized person with a strong customer and process orientation and an eagerness to communicate with different stakeholders.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communication, Business Administration, or a similar field of study
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the Communication area
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good analytical skills with experience in Power BI or Tableau are a plus
• Highly people-oriented and motivated in deep collaboration
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
