Our client is Meta, a leading social media and technology company, where you will work as an Advertising Sales Representative. In this role, you will help grow and develop Meta's extensive client base in an innovative and fast-paced environment. Success here requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills; a willingness to experiment; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused setting; and a passion for helping clients achieve their advertising goals.

✅ Daily activities:

• Reach out to new and existing customers via phone and email to spot and develop sales opportunities;
• Manage a portfolio of small business clients, focusing on increasing their revenue;
• Research and understand various industries and client business models;
• Identify sales opportunities and offer tailored solutions to help clients achieve their goals;
• Regularly engage with clients to assess and optimize their product performance;
• Become an expert on all Facebook Advertising solutions;

✅ Competitive salary and compensation system:

• 1611€ gross x 12 month – base salary
• 268€ / Month– Christmas bonus + holiday bonus
• €7 / day net (approximately €154 / month) – Meal allowance in the form of a food card that can be used in supermarkets, cafeterias and restaurants.
• Project bonus: 2500€ gross

✅ What we expect from you:

• You speak Dutch (at least C1)
• You speak English (at least C1)

• We don’t need any sales / marketing experience, we offer training! You only need to have general experience at any kind of work!

✅ For candidates from abroad additionally:

• Airline ticket purchased from the company or immediate refund after signing the contract
• Airport pickup and administrative support for your integration in Portugal
• Subsequent reimbursement of flight costs
• Free annual flight home
• Accommodation in a room in a company apartment in Lisbon (or higher salary without accommodation)
