What you will do in this role

As a Customer Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and assisting sellers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat across a variety of areas.
• Providing customer support throughout the entire process, from sale, delivery, and return, to refund and warranty.
• Maintaining KPI metrics within targets and ensuring closed cases per hour meet SLA levels.

Your qualifications

• You have experience in customer service
• You maintain a professional, approachable, and supportive attitude

• You demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
