FMEA MODERATOR

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning and moderation of product and process FMEA in the product development process with focus on process FMEA
• Creation and updating of existing FMEA
• Ensuring the FMEA methodology for product and process FMEA
• Support in the creation of the production control plan from the FMEA process
• Feedback of new findings into the FMEA (8D, lessons learned, etc.)
• Creation of reusable FMEA modules
• Monitoring the progress of the FMEA in the project
• Documentation of the work results
• Risk assessment and risk analysis
• Technical support of the project team during the FMEA presentation internally and externally
• Processing and progress tracking of submitted lessons learn topics for the Preh Group

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Engineer, technician, master craftsman or comparable training combined with several years of professional experience in product development
• Good FMEA method knowledge according to VDA/AIAG method description
• Safe application of common quality methods such as Ishikawa, 5 Why, FTA, etc.
• Experience in working with FMEA software, preferably with APIS IQ-Software
• Analytical, structured and independent working style, assertiveness, ability to work in a team
• Communication and moderation skills
• Good knowledge in handling the MS-Office software
• Very good written and spoken English skills
