About The Role

Job Title : Onboarding Specialist
Location: Remote based in Portugal
Terms: Temporary 6-month Contract / Full-Time 40h weekly
Salary: Annual Gross 15.250 Euros (inclusive of holidays Allowances)
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 9h00 to 17h30

We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join the team. This is a 6 month contract, work from home position based in Portugal.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a passionate and dedicated individual eager to make a difference and impact and be a part of revolutionizing accessibility. In this role, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional client support by leading end to end client onboarding activities, actively participating in client presentations, demos and post-report calls. Act as a key player shaping the brand by updating product templates and editing images to support the report generation. This role requires a proactive individual who is committed to driving positive change, while staying up to date with Global industry accessibility standards.

The successful candidate will be supporting our partner Mobility Mojo


  • Client Onboarding:
    Work closely on all client onboarding activities, managing the process end-to-end.
  • Client Engagement: Take a proactive role in leading and and participating in client presentations, demos, and post-report calls.
  • Report Documentation: Methodically Document, review and organize completed reports in HubSpot, maintaining accurate and detailed notes.
  • Template Management: Update and maintain templates for various products and sectors such as Facilities, Banking, Manufacturing, and others, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Visual Support: Utilize your creative skills to edit and compile images, providing compelling visual support for Mobility Mojo products.
  • Training Support: Serve as a key support in new hire and ongoing training, specializing in report generation and scoring auditing.
  • Compliance and Standards: Stay informed about compliance requirements and accessibility standards through webinar participation and active involvement in company discussions.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of client data, generating insightful spreadsheets for client analysis, and updating reporting templates with new features as necessary.
  • Global Reports: Update and maintain Global report trackers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to facilitate client presentations.
  • Product Testing: Actively engage in product testing to ensure seamless functionality and minimal impact due to enhancements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Effectively manage client relationships, ultimately acting as a trusted advisor for a dedicated client portfolio.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively contribute to department initiatives to implement enhancements.
  • Growth Journey: Work as part of a startup team, contributing to the growth and perfection of internal processes that continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertake ad-hoc tasks from time to time to support other projects of work.
  • Critical thinking: Diligently employing a proactive mindset to address potential challenges, demonstrating a committed and forward-thinking approach to problem solving.
  • High Productivity and Quality: Actively demonstrate a consistent productivity and assume full responsibility for assigned tasks, and consistently upholding a high standard of performance and accountability in task execution.

  • You have Strong organisational skills, allowing for effective multi-tasking and efficient tasks management.
  • You are comfortable working with multiple systems such as Microsoft, HubSpot and InDesign.
