We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

We're seeking Beauty Advisors to join the team in Porto! We're partnering with a leading cosmetics company and looking for talented individuals for Customer Service roles. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, possesses excellent interpersonal skills, and excels in managing telephone interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Customer contact via live chat, phone, E-mails, webforms or Social 1:1.
• Management of consumer requests relating to Information and complaints.
• Providing excellent solutions, and service.
• Providing product and beauty advice in a professional, precise and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Flawless communication skills, both written and oral in Greek (C2 or C1) + Advanced English (B2);
• Excellent communication skills, empathy & high focus on customer satisfaction
• Customer orientation, problem solving skills, teamwork
• Good IT skills - required competence and speed in the use of tools to report interactions

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in Cosmetics and Luxury sector is preferred
• Knowledge and experience with digital and social media
• Previous experience in Customer Service

What we offer

• Full time contract
• Base salary without accommodation: 1401€
• Base salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1060€
• You will also receive payment for completing the training

CONTRACT:

• Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
• Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
