We are currently looking for a Team Leader (M/F) based in Oporto

BE PART OF OUR EXTENDED WARRANTY MANAGEMENT INTERNATIONAL TEAM

This Team based in Porto city was created to extend the operation of our Client, ICARE, to the European market. ICARE is leader in the French market for warranty in the automobile field and aims to project this experience to the European market through our platform.

Today German and Italian are our main markets but We have already started the operation in Spain, Portugal and Check Republic and We intend to open England, Sweden and more, until 2025.

Our main activities are managing dealer warranty, extended warranty and maintenance contracts by handling authorization requests or contract management request for multiple products depending on the country and partner, all from the same platform and location.

YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN EWM TEAM

Ensure the SLAs agreed with our client and assist in operational audits
Maintain updated Operational guidance documentation in accordance with frequent product launches or updates and guide the team throughout these updates
Maintain a healthy team spirit while leading the team
Support the team member in the daily activities
Support clients Project Manager with new product processes design

AS OUR NEW TEAM LEADER, YOU MUST HAVE:

Strong leading skills
Contract management and/or Automotive technical skill are not a must but very valued
Ability to apply and improve an already defined process
Be agile with the change management
Very good communication skills and feel at ease in an international context
Be fluent in English and Portuguese and fluent/proficent in any of the following languages: (FR/DE/ES/IT/CZ)
