PwC is hiring a Personal Assistant (m/f/d) for September 2024, to integrate its brand new international office in Porto. What if it was you?

Your mission:

As a Personal Assistant, you’ll be hired by our PwC Services Portugal Office, located in a modern area of the city of Porto, where you will play an important role in supporting our business operations. You like multitasking, are proactive by nature and like things to be done well and on time. You are curious and open-minded, enjoy learning new things every day and conscious that your daily work will evolve with your ambitions.

Be a part of our team of solvers where you will (specific responsibilities include but are not limited to):

  • Proactively managing calendars (planning, meetings and business trips);

  • Making travel and accommodation arrangements (searching and booking flights & hotels, visa application & coordination, trip scheduling);

  • Managing phone calls, incoming and outgoing mail;

  • Ensuring that our administrative procedures are enforced and perform a quality control on documents;

  • Drawing up documents and presentations through various MS Office tools (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Gsuite;

  • Managing contacts creation/update.

Let’s talk about you. If you have (or will soon have) …

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in management assistance or similar;

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar function;

  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, as well as in Gsuite;

  • The ability to multitask, you are able to work autonomously and you are team spirited;

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
