We're looking for an awesome People & Operations Associate (Trainee) | Deep-Tech Startup @ Personalized Medicine to join our team on our journey to revolutionize personalized medicine

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage orders for laboratory and office supplies, including purchasing, tracking, receiving, and invoicing.

• Assist with import and export tasks, ensuring smooth logistics.

• Oversee inventory management, keeping everything in order.

• Communicate with Portuguese and international suppliers to manage orders and invoicing.

• Help organize and prepare for key activities such as onboarding new employees, internal events, and internal communications.

• Maintain accurate and organized records for various operational tasks.

• Schedule and organize meetings for senior leadership, including preparing documents and handling logistical arrangements.

• Track and schedule job applications, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

• Respond to phone calls, relay messages, and provide support to senior leadership.

• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the team.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Portuguese.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.

• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a "get-it-done" mindset.

• Genuine interest in working at a startup, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and contributing to a growing company.
