Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing the IT solution in CRM area, ensuring it meets the organization's strategic objectives.

In your new role you will:

• Prepare technical design for new or enhancing internal/external facing CRM web applications, ensuring scalability, reusability, performance, security compliance. This includes creating architecture diagrams, models, and documentation
• Design integration using middleware, developing APIs & data models for integration between applications for on-prem to cloud and cloud-to-cloud scenario
• Provide technical guidance to development & operation team, technical troubleshooting , oversee coding (ready to do coding) and perform design/code review to ensure adherence to established technical guidelines and best practices
• Set up DevSecOps & test automation to ensure application clear penetration testing, e.g. CI/CD pipeline creation, set up test scripts, static code analysis, etc.
• Work with Infra/platform team for setting up & maintaining application on cloud platform for external user access
• Evaluate technical impact and advise technical changes required on applications for cross-functional IT infrastructure upgrade projects
  

Your Profile

You are a technology enthusiast with a self-driven working style and a passion for continuous improvement. You have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a great collaborative teamwork attitude, enjoying working in a global environment, respecting different points of view and appreciating the contribution of others. Additionally, you are passionate, proactive and resourceful in exploring new technology/framework independently.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information System, Software Engineering, Computer Science or IT related fields
• Minimum 4 years of software technical solution implementation
• Hands-on experience in complex web app implementation using .Net Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC5, Entity Framework, REST API, Excel Macro VBA, etc. Additional Java experience is a plus
• Experience in Responsive and Interactive UI using framework, e.g. Telerik Kendo UI, Bootstrap, ReactJS, Angular, Vue.JS
• Experience in Agile/Scrum, CI/CD tools, Test automation frameworks (e.g., Azure DevOps, SonarQube, TestComplete/Playwright etc)
• Strong technical know-how of infrastructure /network, authentication & authorization, integration architectures, cloud architectures, data and cyber security practices
• Experience of containerized web app deployed on Cloud , e.g. AWS
• Fluency in English
