What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and assist visitors and clients, ensuring proper guidance and support;
• Contact leads and potential clients (by phone or digitally) to assess interest and schedule meetings for the sales team;
• Support communication between clients, partners, and internal teams to streamline conversion and onboarding processes;
• Assist sales, marketing, and admin areas by preparing presentations, organizing files, and helping with events and activities;
• Keep CRM systems and databases updated and well-organized;
• Update project folders and sales results on OneDrive;
• Participate in fairs, international events, and project visits with clients and partners;
• Join meetings (online or in-person) to support project and company presentations, always accompanied by a senior team member.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree completed (mandatory requirement for IEFP eligibility);
• Eligible for a professional IEFP internship (Estágio Profissional IEFP);
• Academic background in Management, Business, Marketing, or related fields;
• Strong interest in sales, business development, and client relations;
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
