Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

Join our logistics planning team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and processes within Bosch’s supply chain. In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional and international environment, collaborating with suppliers, customers, and production units both in Portugal and across Europe.

You will:

• Plan and procure materials from internal and external suppliers;
• Ensure high material availability while optimizing inventory levels;
• Monitor key logistics KPIs (e.g., Service Level, Inventory Level, Claims) and propose corrective actions;
• Escalate availability risks early to avoid disruptions;
• Support new product launches and engineering changes (ECRs);
• Maintain accurate master data and align on initial stock requirements.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Education
  • Master’s degree in industrial engineering and management, Business, Economics, or related fields;
    
• Experience
  • Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations planning (preferred but not mandatory);
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP (preferably SAP S/4HANA);
    
• Know-how
  • Understanding of Lean principles and logistics planning processes;
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel;
    
• Languages
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);
    
• Working Style and Methods
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;
    
• Personality
  • Proactive, adaptable, and driven to deliver results;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
