Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
Join our logistics planning team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and processes within Bosch’s supply chain. In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional and international environment, collaborating with suppliers, customers, and production units both in Portugal and across Europe.
You will:
- Plan and procure materials from internal and external suppliers;
- Ensure high material availability while optimizing inventory levels;
- Monitor key logistics KPIs (e.g., Service Level, Inventory Level, Claims) and propose corrective actions;
- Escalate availability risks early to avoid disruptions;
- Support new product launches and engineering changes (ECRs);
- Maintain accurate master data and align on initial stock requirements.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Education
- Master’s degree in industrial engineering and management, Business, Economics, or related fields;

- Experience
- Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations planning (preferred but not mandatory);
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP (preferably SAP S/4HANA);
- Know-how
- Understanding of Lean principles and logistics planning processes;
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel;
- Languages
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written);

- Working Style and Methods
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;
- Personality
- Proactive, adaptable, and driven to deliver results;
