Euromuro is looking for an experienced and independent B2B Sales Manager to lead the development of our distribution network across Portugal. You will be responsible for expanding sales of our concrete fencing panels through business clients such as dealers, construction companies, and national retail chains including Leroy Merlin, MaxMat, and others.

This position is ONLY for a professional with a strong background in B2B sales of CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, who already has a network of contacts and proven experience working with major retail networks and B2B clients in the building industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish new B2B distribution channels across Portugal
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, retail stores, and construction companies
• Negotiate commercial terms and close B2B sales agreements
• Represent the brand and product line in meetings, presentations, and industry events
• Monitor market trends and competition to adjust sales strategy
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales of construction or building materials
• Established network of B2B contacts: dealers and building companies in Portugal
• Confirmed experience working with retail chains (e.g. MaxMat, Leroy Merlin)
• Strong negotiation and business development skills
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and target-driven
• Fluent Portuguese, conversational English (interview will be in English)
• Willingness to travel extensively across Portugal
• Own car is required
• Ability to report regularly on KPI progress

Conditions & Compensation:

• Base salary: from €2000 gross/month, increasing with performance
• Clear KPIs will be set on day one to define objectives and bonus targets
• Remote-first role – only 1 office day per week in Miranda do Corvo
