  • Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration:
  • Lead, motivate, and oversee cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketers, to ensure project goals are met.
