You'll be working with one of our influential Integrated Facilities Management clients in the tech industry. This exciting role involves overseeing operations at three key locations across Lisbon.

Your Role: As the Assistant Facility Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless and efficient operations. From collaborating with on-site teams to maintaining quality control and implementing continuous improvements, you'll be a vital cog in the wheel of our service delivery.

Responsibilities Include:
People Management: You'll play an integral role in supporting a high-quality, well-motivated team. This involves fostering an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation, and performance excellence. The role entails a degree of mentorship and facilitating the training and development of team members.

Client/Stakeholder Management: In this role, you'll be the key contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their expectations are met and often exceeded. This includes actively seeking feedback and addressing any issues promptly and professionally.

Procurement & Vendor Management: Ensuring that the procurement process follows established guidelines is a critical aspect of this role. You'll be in charge of vendor relationships, making sure services are delivered on time and within budget.

Finance Management / Cost Control / Profitability: This role involves overseeing the site's financial operations, including budget management and financial analysis. You will ensure that financial targets are met and control requirements are upheld.

Health & Safety Management: As the Assistant Facilities Manager, the provision of a safe working environment is ingrained in your role. This means implementing and managing safety procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards.

Site Operations Management: You will be responsible for the maintenance of all building procedures and performance measures, ensuring they meet industry best practices. You'll also meet all Critical Environment requirements and look for ways to cut costs and improve operational standards.

Risk Management: Implementing and managing a property risk management program is a key part of this role, ranging from supporting disaster recovery planning to adhering to established escalation and incident reporting procedures.

In this role, you'll have a considerable impact on JLL's success. Your diverse skills in facilities and property management, health and safety, financial management, and vendor relations will all come together to make for a rewarding and varied role.
