Key Responsibilities:
- Career counseling: you will be involved in initiatives and projects policy regarding guiding our employees on their careers within Accenture;
- Talent Supply & Demand: a key area of our business is to strive for an ideal match between the available people (supply) and the skills that are needed on the projects (demand);
- HR processes: such as the exit or on-boarding process;
- Engagement: you will be involved in activities around initiatives to keep our employees engaged.
- Performance management: you will be one of the think-tanks when it comes to performance enhancing related initiatives, such as creating a feedback culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related areas;
- Analytical capabilities (e.g. report analyzing, identifying deviations);
- Highly skilled with Excel;
- Ability to identify and propose improvements in reports;
- Ability to communicate confidently with internal stakeholders;
- Good organization and prioritization skills.
