We provide skills development, through certified training and career management in the various areas of activity of this Group.

We are recruiting Administrative Assistant (Human Resources).


■Administrative Support for the Head of Unit;

■ Providing support in the recruitment procedure: publishing calls for application; registering of incoming CVs; preparing flies for Selection;

■ Board; drafting invitation letters for interviews; welcoming candidates;

■ Drafting offer/ negative/ reserve list letters and informing candidates;

■ Support to the next traineeship call for applications;

■ Assisting in administrative tasks related to career, mainly the online induction programme;

■ Assisting in administrative tasks related to training;

■ Support to leave management;

■ Support to contract renewals;

■ Any other job-related task relevant for the Unit.


■Preferential minimum bachelor's degree;

■Minimum experience of up to 5 years in the area;

■Minimum knowledge of spoken and written English level B1, B2;

■Customer Oriented, Autonomous and Organized;

■Ability to analyze and identify problems;

■Ability to suggest and implement solutions to identified problems.
