You build the dashboards and KPIs that actually matter, enabling leadership across the globe to act fast and smart. You are a key player in our PEX planning process, working hand-in-hand with Group Controlling to create alignment between people and finance. Your deep Workday expertise, especially in Adaptive Planning and Workforce Planning, positions you to lead our transformation from backward-looking reporting to predictive, forward-focused analytics. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You are the strategic partner to HR and leadership teams by enabling truly data-driven decision-making
  • You design and deliver impactful KPIs, dashboards, and performance management frameworks tailored to business needs
  • You lead the HR-side of the PEX planning process and act as a bridge to Group Controlling
  • You push the boundaries of digitalization: from reporting to predictive forecasting using cutting-edge tools
  • You leverage your Workday expertise to drive adoption and usage across Adaptive and Workforce Planning
  • You inspire a mindset of performance, insight, and clarity across the entire People function

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Tools Proven expert in Workday Adaptive Planning and Workforce Planning; familiarity with additional Workday modules is a strong plus
  • Education & Experience Background in analytics, business intelligence, forecasting, or statistics (education or certifications) is a plus
  • Soft skills Confident communicator who can translate complex data for senior leadership and operational managers alike
  • Analytical & business understanding Strong understanding of HR functions, metrics, and operational workflows
