As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will take the helm in guiding our customers through their journey from pre-sales to skilled users on our cloud-based SaaS solution. Our team is growing rapidly, and we're on the lookout for individuals who are not only passionate about technology but also excel in ensuring customer satisfaction.

During the Pre-Sales Process, your technical expertise & product knowledge will be critical in evidencing solutions to customer painpoints, pro-actively driving engagement and delivering a world-class Proof of Concept that clearly demonstrates why the Customer should chose MetaCompliance as their cyber security awareness solution.

Post-Sales, you'll lead the onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration & adoption and providing unparalleled support every step of the way. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for promoting best-practice where the day-to-day role will involve project management, product training, and professional onboarding.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion, guiding our customers through their implementation and launch of MetaCompliance with precision and care. Your expertise in project management will ensure seamless transitions, while your commitment to excellence will leave a lasting impression on our clients, driving win rates and maximising value.

Essential Requirements:

To be eligible to apply you must have-

  • ​Degree Qualification in any discipline (full training will be provided) OR Minimum 2 years of work experience within an office environment.
  • Customer onboarding experience within an IT software/SaaS business is desirable.
  • Strong SaaS model knowledge.
  • Fluency in German and English is Essential (additional European languages highly desirable)
  • First-class written & verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent coordination, time management & presentation skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team & individually.
  • Ability to deliver effectively against set targets under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to learn quickly & effectively.
  • Ability to perform at a very high level within a customer-facing, fast-moving environment.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and expert in the pre-sales to implementation phase for your designated customer base.
  • Rapidly acquire a deep understanding of the cyber security industry to grasp our customers' objectives for software utilization.
  • Listen to the customer’s requirements, utilize your industry, product and platform knowledge to ensure customer’s objectives are met.
  • Ensure to offer the ‘best shop window’ to our solutions & that all customer-facing documentation and presentations are kept fresh & up to date.
  • Meet your personal targets as outlined in your performance plan.
  • Have the organizations strategic goals at the forefront of every prospect interaction.
  • ​Successfully facilitate the seamless transition of new clients from the Sales team to the MetaCompliance platform.
  • Provide thorough and engaging training and awareness services on MetaCompliance's products and services.
  • Develop robust working relationships with your designated customer base and colleagues.
  • Provide recommendations & gold-standard managed services to customers.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard UK business hours.
  • Readiness to travel to customer sites, both domestically and internationally.
