YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You utilize AI tools to generate and enhance visual and video content for performance marketing campaigns and develop high-converting ad creatives for display advertising and paid social media platforms, including banners, GIFs, short-form videos, and interactive ads
• You ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively conveys both branding and sales messaging
• You collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team to A/B test creatives and optimize based on data insights
• You stay at the forefront of AI-driven creative trends, exploring new tools and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• You work with brand and content teams to maintain consistency across all touchpoints and enhance creative impact
• You adapt and iterate existing content for different markets, languages, and platforms to maximize global performance

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Expertise You have proven experience in designing creative assets for digital advertising (video, display & social media ads)
• Tools You posses strong graphic design and video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar)
• Technologies You are proficient with AI tools (e.g., Runway, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, OpenAI’s Sora) for content creation and refinement and passionate about digital advertising and AI trends
• Performance You are familiar with performance marketing metrics and posses the ability to design creatives that drive engagement and conversion
• Channels You have vast experience working with advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display Network, etc.)
• Business You are able to balance creativity with data-driven insights, iterating quickly based on performance feedback
