As a senior Front End Developer, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and transform them into functional, visually appealing, and scalable user interfaces.
Working autonomously within an agile team, you will demonstrate critical thinking, ownership, and accountability to deliver high-quality front-end solutions.
Your expertise will be essential in architectural discussions, where you will provide valuable insights into front-end technologies and ensure seamless integration with backend services. You will take the lead in breaking down large work packages into manageable tasks, self-managing their implementation while proactively addressing challenges or dependencies. Above all, your focus will be on delivering exceptional user experiences by leveraging modern front-end frameworks and adhering to industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with expertise in React.js and React Native.
• Experience in building responsive, scalable, and accessible user interfaces for mobile and web applications.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, breaking down complex tasks into actionable items and delivering them with minimal supervision.
• Critical thinking skills and a solutions-oriented mindset, capable of anticipating challenges and proactively addressing them.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience collaborating within self-managed teams.
• Familiarity with integrating APIs and working closely with backend teams to achieve seamless communication between systems.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux or Context API).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud-based deployment processes.
• Basic knowledge of backend technologies to support full-stack collaboration is a plus.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks for front-end applications.
