In the heart of Lisbon, our teams design innovative technologies by developing an Android Apps Market for major car manufacturers and offer the end customer an intuitive connectivity experience.

We are looking for a Quality and Requirements Engineer willing to take up with us one of the greatest challenges in the automotive industry!

What you’ll do

Key Responsibilities

• Compliance: Ensure all products and projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality assurance activities. Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
• Process Improvement: Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to enhance product reliability and performance.
• Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues in systems, collaborating with product and project teams to implement effective solutions.
• Customer Feedback: Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design and production, to ensure quality is integrated into all stages of product development.

Requirements

Must have

• Experience as Business Analyst or requirements engineer
• Knowledge of Web apps and web APIs usage;
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks;
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies;
• Fluent in English, spoken and written;
• Strong Technical Writing skills: ability to be clear and concise;
• Strong Organization and Planning skills;
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work;
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude;
• Learning mindset.

Nice to Have

• Automotive industry quality requirements knowledge
• Knowledge of Quality Standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 25010, ISO/IATF 16949, ISO 26262, A-SPICE);
• Any Quality Certification (e.g.: ISTQB, CSQA, CMSQ, …);
• Knowledge of Android inner workings;
• Degree in an engineering field or IT background;
• Data analytics skills.
