Graphic Designer

Job purpose

To create and use visuals and high-impactful campaigns that deliver improvements in customer engagement and response rates.

Job scope

By bringing content creation in-house we will increase our flexibility to run “test and learn” campaigns in short sprints to measure performance. Specific duties will include;

• Design visually compelling graphics, images, and multimedia content for use in social media, Google, and display campaigns with the goal of engaging new customers and driving conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand campaign objectives and target audience demographics, ensuring that designs effectively communicate key messages and resonate with the intended audience across different digital platforms.
• Develop creative concepts and design templates for social media posts, Google ads, display banners, and other campaign materials, maintaining consistency in branding and design elements while also staying innovative and adaptable to evolving trends and audience preferences.
• Use industry-standard design software and tools to create high-quality visuals that are optimized for both desktop and mobile viewing experiences, adhering to platform-specific guidelines and best practices.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and performance analytics, continuously refining and optimizing content to improve engagement and conversion rates across social media, Google, and display campaigns.

• Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a cutting-edge approach to graphic design and contribute innovative ideas to campaign strategies aimed at acquiring and converting new customers.

Background and experience

• Previous experience of designing visually compelling graphics and images for use in social media and multimedia campaigns.
• Proficient in the use of design software and tools.
• Works collaboratively with colleagues from other teams to deliver results.
• Able to work independently.
• Resilient and self-motivated.
• Ambitious and career motivated.
• Strong attention to detail.
