We are recruiting on behalf of our client -- a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist with online orders: delivery management, shipping, returns, payments, refunds, and inquiries.
• Handle sensitive customer data, following PCI and GDPR policies.
• Interact with customers, couriers, financial institutions, and internal teams.
• Focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high service standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Turkish at C1/C2 level
• English at B2 level
• Empathic and helpful
• Team player
• Soft-skills for de-escalating situations when needed
• Able to handle sensitive information
• Fast learner capacity
• Knowledge of SAP and Back Office work is an advantage; otherwise, we can help with that.

What you will gain:

• Base salary: 1423€ gross per month

Benefits and employment

• On your first day, you will sign a “Termo Incerto” contract (Indefinite Period contract), with a trial period of 30 days. During this period, you will be offered a training to prepare you for the job and you will need to pass an accreditation to complete the training, to be integrated in the team.
