Company Overview: At Clocky LLC, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality consumer goods to our customers worldwide. We pride ourselves on our commitment to innovation, excellence, and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a talented and organized Operations Coordinator to join our team. You will be trained to manage shipping our products from our factory to Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, manage costs, and perform quality control and cost analysis.

Company Info: www.Clocky.com is our main product, however, we are growing into a larger Home Goods Consumer Brand with new product launches slated for next year.

Position Overview: The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the logistics and shipping operations for our consumer goods. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have interest or experience in logistics, supply chain management, and e-commerce fulfillment. In addition, there may be tasks in quality control for both our website and our product development process with engineers and suppliers, as well as tracking of product margins and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the shipping of goods from our factory to Amazon and other e-commerce sales channels.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
  • Communicate with warehouse, shipping carriers, and e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize shipping processes and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to shipping and logistics.
  • Assist in forecasting and planning inventory levels to meet demand.

Additional Responsibilities May Include:

  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, customer service, marketing, and product and web development, to ensure seamless operations, quality and margin control.

Qualifications:

  • Interest or experience in logistics, supply chain management, or e-commerce fulfillment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest/experience in logistics software and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and effectively.
  • Comfortable learning international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
